Women make great safety reps- Vaada Foundation’s says it with pride

Vaada Foundation, an NGO that has been working passionately for people’s safety on roads since years, takes pride to now introduce the Pink Autos and the Pink Taxi for women. Vaada Foundation started with an aim to bring in safe roads for the people of our state, so as people travel securely and at ease.  Over the years, Vaada Foundation, by the support of civic bodies, has implemented their ideas for a safer travelling of the people of our city. Vaada Foundation has put in great efforts to bring in the change in various facets of road and transport development like pedestrian rights, pelican crossing, footpath development, rights for home guards on duty etc.

The need for a serious call for women safety on roads made Vaada Foundation introduce the Pink Autos; the ideal transport for women. The Pink Autos are fairly for women, driven by women drivers. Vaada Foundation’s Pink Auto campaign received tremendous appreciation as it is a particularly unique and convenient transport mode designed to facilitate secure travelling for the women of our city. Considering the requests made by the women belonging to the corporate world, Vaada has now introduced the Pink Taxi that would be following the similar concept; for women, driven by women.

The Pink Auto and the Pink Taxi campaign will certainly bring about a massive change in the society, achieving secure travelling concepts for women in the coming days.
